While I can look at the MLS data and compare your home to the recent sales and current actives, you can take a look at my Realist ValueMap.  This program allows you to see the recent solds in your area and considers both the homes sold through the MLS and the homes that are sold outside the MLS system.  Note that this system has limitations since you can not determine which homes were foreclosures, short sales, or had "other" special circumstances involved in the sale, as I can determine when I look through the agent only notes on the MLS records.  While it's results should be taken as a guide only, it can be a fun tool to play with while you wait for me to research the homes in your subdivision and local area.
