This site allows you to save your search criteria, save homes that you like in your personal online folder, put notes on the homes that you like, look at maps and much more. It will send you information on homes as they come on the market. New Construction and existing homes are included in the search as are rentals. This program is referred to as Listing Book and while I don't care for the way it pushes their program, the search functions are very good.
